How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the EU takes 5–7 business days from Tenerife, Spain. Worldwide shipping is available — delivery times vary by destination. Tracking is included with every order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. All orders ship from El Médano, Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). EU, UK, US, and worldwide shipping available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Can I return a piece?
Since every piece is a handmade original (Unikat), returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos. Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped insured.
What about customs and VAT?
The Canary Islands are outside the EU VAT area. For EU orders, no additional customs fees apply for items under 150€. For orders above 150€ or non-EU destinations, local import duties may apply — these are the buyer's responsibility.
What are Wannados?
Wannados are ready-made, one-of-a-kind fashion pieces — bleached, painted, or sewn by hand. Each one gets a unique Unikat number and is never reproduced. Once it's sold, it's marked as 'Gone' forever. Browse Wannados →
